Welcome to my site, I am here to help keep your family together by helping you extending or altering your home.
To help you create and build that much needed granny annex,
I have 30 years experience in the building industry changing peoples houses and extending them.
I have stacks of knowledge to share with you about how, what and where to build.

5 years ago we were in the same position as you!
We had a rough idea about what to do, we would like us all to live together, us, 2 children and my elderly mum but that was it.
Through a lot of hard looking, internet searches and chats with other people we started to get an idea what to do?
But it was not easy, we spoke with council, our doctor gave us some advice but what we needed was clearer, simpler help which we couldn’t find.
Now although I had built annexes for others in the past and lots of building experience I did not know what to really do for us as a whole project….now we know and together feel able to offer you the best, professional advice available.
