Me and what this site is about
Hello I am a professional builder, project manager and an honest building graduate who is looking to help others build genuine granny annexes, or help them create new multi generational living spaces.
I have built and managed lots of developments for families, they are not timber sheds but proper brick and block extensions or conversions of houses, which will stand the test of time.
They have become homes for precious relatives and I would say all have added value to the property that they have been built near or onto.
One of the reason for starting this is I know how difficult the process can be from starting the first discussions with the relative, right the way through the long process of building, to the completion of the project.
But it can be done and without too much stress or strain and the end result can transform lives, I have done it and I want to help others do the same!
